"Had a plumbing disaster on 26.11.25. Bathroom sink tap came away in my hand and water shot everywhere.Phoned them at about 9.20 am. I appreciated it would be difficult for them to come that day but I kept in touch all day.Special mention to Sylvia who realised that at about 4.50pm I was getting a bit worried and arranged for the work to be done next day. I got an e mail next day to say I was booked in. Then a call from Sylvia at noon to say I was next on the list.Good personal service that customers like. The plumber and his apprentice came and did a great job.Tidied up and left me with a new style bathroom tap. Many thanks to all."

"Basically l didn't intend to write a review but was invited to on the invoice. My review is not negative or praising Simon Kelman plumbers l will just tell the facts and you can decide for yourself. I called their office and told them l had a blocked drain coming from my kitchen sink and would they come to fix it. They couldn't come same day but could next day in afternoon which they did. Plumber and apprentice tried plunger 1st then removed trap under sink and tried to vacuum blocked drain but without success so said they have to return another day and lift hall carpets and cut hatch in floor to find pipe to unblock it. Meanwhile l went to tesco to get Mr muscle drain unblocker and poured it down sink and left it day ran hot water down sink and cleared blockage, job done. Invoice from Kelman plumbers for trying to fix my problem £108.....so make your own mind up."

"Had very good service from this company . The office staff I dealt with all very helpful and friendly. The heating engineer Sean who came and did the work on repairing our central heating oil boiler was very polite and friendly and wasted no time getting on with the work. Replaced the oil pump and some hoses and did a service. We needed a replacement expansion unit which the company ordered and Sean returned to fit this not many days later. Very pleased with his efficient work and I would recommend this company to anyone."
