"If you want your house completely under evaluated and your EPC unreasonably and unrealistically low chose this company… Did not communicate anything about the checks while “assessing” our home and they evaluated our home way lower than it should have been considering the prices and compared to other similar properties in the area .EPC down from C to F with no reason !!!! Absolutely joke of a company! I will most definitely not pay them again !!!! Save yourself money and stress by NOT choosing these people who are literally taking advantage !"

"We were disappointed with the number of careless mistakes in our home report - it obviously wasn't proof-read before dispatch. For example, the surveyor had clearly not read the questionnaire as he stated the property was on mains drainage whereas we had stated that it had a septic tank. This had to be corrected twice. Also, the surveyor did not correctly describe our solar hot water heating, which again was described in the questionnaire. The floor plan was particularly inaccurate, as the upper floor appeared larger than the lower floor and a different shape. Doors and built-in wardrobes were missing and many of the doors were inaccurately placed and opened the wrong way. Are we wrong to expect better for almost £1000?"
