"Wanted to buy some block paving, so called in and picked out the colors I wanted. They didn't have the color but they said they could order it in. I ordered online as I needed to check quantities and it allowed me to order the exact number I needed. They called me later to say that they would have to order it in and we agreed on a delivery date about 3 weeks later. 3 weeks later, on the agreed delivery day, my wife called them to see what time delivery was, as i was at the hospital visiting my ill mother. They said someone would have to call back and my wife specifically asked for them to call her and not to call me. They then call me anyway at the hospital to say they cant deliver as I didn't order a full pallet! They told me I would have to take a full pallet (about 2x what i'd ordered) or they would refund me. They weren't polite. They asked for my bank details again, and honestly i thought it was a scam, so told them I'd call back. Why would I ever buy from somewhere with such terrible customer service and poor organization? they said they tried to reach me before delivery day, but I checked and my call history shows only the 3 calls mentioned above. No emails either. I've also never had to give bank details for a refund for an online order ever."
