Initial contact for our enquiry was quick and very professional, and all the information provided through the quote stage was very helpful. Thank you to Keli for her excellent communication and help. Had our first clean today, with Arwen and Mollie, and we are very impressed with the result. "Utterly shocking company that need looked into. Charging £80 an hour for a one bedroom flat where they were in and out on average in 20 mins breached their own contract in multiple ways. Manager was contacted multiple times who did next to nothing even cancelled a clean short notice and crammed 2 into a barely a 5 day period to get paid obviously. Even had the cheek to say the cleaners think they need longer than an hour so meaning a higher price even though they were never there to even close to the time paid for and even then still missed rooms. Laziest shoddiest cleaning company on the market multiple times didn't clean the bathroom or the living room left rubbish lying about. Special requests were agreed upon to clear cat litter trays although wasn't required during their tenure, changing a bed weekly which they did on about 3 occasions and the rest made out like they did even though they didn't because it was an effort for them to go into the airing cupboard to get bedding out. The last item was to clean dishes more often and not neglecting to do so. The kicker they do not dispose of rubbish unless its in bins already so if they see a crisp packet or a dirty cup they ignore it. I could go on but fortunately it was all on cctv and its sadly a company thing as it was more often than not different people each time. Avoid like the plague and take civil action if experiencing the same with this firm they need to be taken to task. I'd recommend all businesses giving them a wide birth also as they clearly are quite happy scamming vulnerable people."
