MacIntyre Garge Doors

"I contacted MacIntyre Garage Doors due to my garage door no longer resetting. I had contacted 3 people before MacIntyre Garage Doors and no one was free for at least two weeks due to me living in a remote location. I explained the problem and requested a date that he could come have a look explaining this would leave the garage insecure. I then recieved a FaceTime during which I was talked through the problem, with Oiling points identified and it was explained how to check the the tension on the door. After 15 minutes I was able to get the door working again and was talked through how to reset the door and programme the new door remotes. After all this I offered to bank transfer money for the brilliant service I was provided. MacIntyre Garage doors refused payment and just asked I put an honest review on instead. He could have claimed the motor was ruined and charged me a huge call out fee and bill to fix the problem instead I ended up with it fixed within 15-30 minutes with no cost. Could not recommend them more seemed really honest and identified the problem within 2 minutes and came up with a solution with clear communication on how to fix the issue without any technical jargon."

"I can’t thank Steven enough, a family members garage door had stopped working with the remote control, so an electrician was arranged to come round, end result being “new control box required” at a cost of £900.
