"I needed to fit a grab pole for my father's bathroom, and off-the-shelf solutions were either extortionate or looked flimsy. I emailed Martin with specifications for a piece of stainless steel tubing, and he got back to me the next day with a price. Picked it up in Inverness by just walking into the workshop. Although he couldn't supply the fixing brackets he advised me on where to source them, and took time to give advice on the different grades of stainless steel and what to watch out for. I then pestered him on email for additional technical info and his response was very quick. Great, personal customer service and a very reasonable price."

"I contacted this company 5 weeks ago to price for a a very large garden gate. I received a quote the next day which was very reasonable for the size of gate. The gate was delivered to my home in Bridge of Weir 8 days after I placed the order and the quality and workmanship was first first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending this small family run business to anyone requiring similar work. Following delivery of the gate I realised I required additional steel shims for the installation. and sent a sketch of shim sizes on a Sunday evening. I received the sims by courier on the Wednesday of the same week and honestly could not be impressed by the level of service from this company."
