Customer Reviews
"2 units arrived damaged. When I mentioned it to staff, it was implied that I had damaged them. They eventually offered a small refund which to this day has never been received. I will look elsewhere next time."
"Dealt with a man called James on the counter he couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted and advised me on what I really needed than what I thought and it did the job perfectly! 5 stars! Very polite and no beating around the bush"
"Emma was really helpful when we popped in to ask about ovens and kitchen fittings, she gave us lots of helpful info."
"I bought a rocking bench for a very good price. However, 1 section had a split in the wood (these things happen). I called the store, and they were super helpful and replaced the section required with no qualms. Great customer service! 👌"
"Bought our Kitchen from Howdens and are delighted with it. Well worth the investment. Jacqui was so helpful from the beginning giving great advice and ideas. Even with a few blips they sorted everything out with no fuss at all. Would highly recommend!"
