"Shocking to be honest. Surveyor valued our house less than a house next door to us on a new housing estate ( Barrett)the house next door was a smaller house ! I tried explaining to the surveyor that our house was 11m2 bigger but he said it was still a 4 bedroom house that the style of house didn't matter. Then said he would look at the value again and change it that night was still waiting 24hrs later for the revised report tried to contact the surveyor and left a voicemail yet still no response!! I had to phone there office back to get a report sent through at original valuation Avoid them"
