"We pay Cairn every month to look after the apartment block and the surrounding grounds. There is trash strewn everywhere and weeds growing, and the stairwell has probably only been cleaned twice in over a year. A terrible company that doesn't care about anything."

The joiner who lives at 12 Morning Field Place makes me feel very threatened, he is abusive and horrible whenever he sees me. I have no idea why this may be. "Issues affecting responsible tenants continue, despite the glossy spin publicised by Cairn. Simple issues like maintaining the property and gardens take forever to be addressed (even after TWO YEARS) despite stipulations in the Tenancy Agreement. No enforcement, no consequences for failure to comply, only results in a ‘new build’ area descending into a ghetto in a very short space of time. Not a basic standard expected by a “responsible” landlord."

"Terrible Landlords the worst kind a housing officer that is beyond useless. A few tennants that have complained about the ongoing anti social behaviour with two tennants who are makking everyone elses life a misery. No action taken. Just happy to take you rent and do not bother with residents concerns. DO NOT TAKE a house or flat from Cairn."

"So i was due a boiler service from Heatcare which I phoned to cancel due to having covid, on the day of the cancelled appointment Heatcare turn up to do the service, I was not in so they capped my Gas meter under instruction from Cairn Housing. So I phone up Cairn the next day as they said they would not uncap until the service was done, so phone to arrange uncap and they say they cant send an engineer out as I have covid????? Hence the reason I cancelled in the first place you complete bafoons!!!, this makes zero sense, they offered me temporary heating, how do I bathe in temporary heating? Absolute joke of a company!!!!!"
