"Brian came out to look at installing a pressure cylinder and was pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing but unfortunately charged me £157.00 just for a call out but then recalculated it and didn't even provide the quote and once I paid the call out fee he said he was too busy. I am sure his work is ok but be aware if you are calling him out to look at a job. Worth getting assurance he can actually fit the job in get the quote for the work before paying the call out fee."
